Sanam Yasseri is a federal labor law prosecutor and investigator with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Region 21 in Los Angeles. For more than a decade, Professor Yasseri has investigated and prosecuted unfair labor practice cases, including complex and high-profile matters under the National Labor Relations Act. 

Prior to joining the NLRB, Professor Yasseri practiced at a national labor and employment law firm and served as a judicial clerk to the late Honorable Ronald S.W. Lew of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. During law school, Professor Yasseri served as Managing Editor of the Southwestern Journal of International Law, where she developed a strong foundation in legal scholarship and editorial leadership. 

Professor Yasseri is actively engaged in the legal community and passionate about professional development and mentorship. She has contributed to professional programming as a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Symposium Planning Committee. She is also a member of the ºÚÈË̽»¨ American Inn of Court, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional excellence, mentorship, and civility in the practice of law. Through her combined work in public service, academia, and professional development activities, Professor Yasseri brings substantial practical experience and a long-standing commitment to the advancement of the legal profession.
